Chrysalis Circle is a Wiccan (Eclectic Tradition) studies and teaching group local to the Denver, CO metro area. We do local work only, no distance learning or remote classes.

We have classes that pertain to all levels of study, from Wicca Basics– work to 1st degree and beyond. We also serve the community in various capacities. See the Documents page for description of our system of levels/degrees. Our classes include, Wicca Basics, a “Year and a Day” course titled, “Foundations of Wicca”, and advanced work.

Not everyone is destined or wants to become a, “fifteenth degree high muckey muck.” In our group we are allowed to seek the level that we feel comfortable attaining.

Yes, we do have a three degree system for those interested in joining a coven, but before that, we have various levels of personal achievement that do not involve that same level of commitment in time and energy but still allows for personal growth.

We learn together, following our Path in the way we feel best fits our learning styles. We use various methods of teaching that are most common for the various levels of class. Most classes are experiential.

As part of our advanced work, members are encouraged to teach others what they know. This way we all benefit from others in our group. (We also provide Experienced Clergy for Handfastings (weddings), Drawing Down, and house blessings.) If there is an interesting road we see on our journey, we take that road. We also bring in guest speakers/teachers if we need to complete our work in a particular field of study. We are all encouraged to participate in a meaningful way to benefit us all. Everyone in this group has the right to be heard and can do so without interruption.

We do not take ourselves too seriously. Our spiritual work is serious, but our work together is joyous and filled with much mirth.
